Our main goal at Maison De Madisse is to provide you with affordable luxury products and service that exceeds your expectations. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to make an exchange, please contact us.

In order to bring you quality, genuine leather goods from Italy at an affordable price we ask the following for all returns:

  •  You may request a return within 21 days from the date you received your order. Please email connect@maisondemadisse.com to receive instructions for return shipping. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THIS INITIAL STEP.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted after you receive a confirmation/instruction email from us. All items must be received by our shipping facility within 14 days from date you receive your confirmation/instructions email.
  • All items must have the original tag attached and must be in its original condition, unused and unworn to be accepted for return.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • We have the right to send back any products sent by a customer that did not receive prior confirmation/instructions and to charge the customer return shipping fees.
  • Please send returned items to:  15405 Red Hill Avenue Suite B, Tustin CA 92780. The returns warehouse is solely for accepting returned merchandise from shipping carriers. If any personal assistance is needed please contact us at connect@maisondemadisse.com. 
  • Once your return is received we will send you a confirmation of your refund. Please note processing of refunds can take between 5–10 business days. Although we submit any refund to your bank immediately,  processing time can vary between banks so it may take a few days before the refund is applied to your account.
